Proactive Advocacy

Several members of the CCAE executive board and advocacy committee recently met with NCAE Attorney Ann McColl to discuss ways that our local can be proactive when advocating for our members.

A key topic was the procedure for handling employee grievances.  The advocacy committee is working on a brief for members that will help with this process.  The general session of the AR meeting in October will feature the topic of Teacher Rights.  We hope to see many of you there.

Stay tuned for more information.
